Coaching Agreement, Terms & Conditions

Please, Take time to read this document all the way through. You'll get way more out of your coaching investment & improve the quality of our sessions together by doing so. It's important for us to be on the same page when working together as your creative coach Ms. Michelle of A Dream LYFE (me), and the creative dream client (you). 

Your coach will not divulge that you are in a coaching relationship without your express, written consent. You, of course are free to discuss the coaching relationship with anyone, at any time.

You are responsible for all causes and change in your life and business.


*Your coach, I will do everything possible to support you in achieving your own results and desired outcomes.

* Your coach will work with you to identify solutions and offer suggestions, options, and advice - based on personal experience, training, education, and a wide range of appropriate, quality research and resources. 

*You accept full responsibility for all choices, decisions, and courses of action. 

*You as client, by signing  this Coaching Agreement (or purchasing your membership / booking your session) agree and acknowledge that the Coach is not a licensed investment advisor, finance, health or legal professional. 


All Coaching Sessions are scheduled in advance by the direct agreement implied between you and your Coach at the time you use the online calendar to secure a slot of time for a session, or at the time of pre-scheduling as a part of your membership. If for any reason you cannot attend a scheduled Coaching Session you are fully responsible for informing your Coach and arranging a new session at least 48 hours in advance of your current booked session.

Calls that are scheduled to take place within 48 hours from the time of your scheduled session are non-refundable, and non-changeable. For example; you book a call on Monday for Monday or Tuesday of the same week, but decide to cancel - or you book a call a week in advance but want to cancel a day before the session begins. These close calls cannot be rescheduled or refunded. Due to the ongoing calendar appointments booked for other clients it is important that I keep a clean, reliable schedule to prepare and host effective coaching calls. If you are within the time frame allowed to make changes to your session date, you are responsible for rescheduling via phone or contact (and receive a reply back from me confirming your request) via email.


Tasks may be assigned to assist in accelerating your change and the achievement of your desired results. (Typically, tasks are reserved for Platinum Partnership Clients.)


There is no extra charge for brief “catch up calls” between your Coaching Sessions as a Platinum Partner, whether to discuss an issue or concern, or share something great, you will have direct access to my phone alert system! Your Coach provides this courtesy service to give you superior value and results during your process.


Your Coach is available during the week via email to share wins, seek clarity on actions or review minor tech issues. Again, for Platinum Partners there is no charge for any of the brief “catch up emails”.

7. Terms & Conditions

They are part of your agreement with Ms. Michelle of A Dream LYFE.

If you wish to cancel the agreement or scheduled payment arrangements toward a custom coaching agreement, or membership access agreement that gives access to course material or other products and services, depending on the promotion specifics at the time of your purchase, and you are within the dates indicated for returns or guarantees in your agreement, you may request to do so. Any refunds decided would be less the cost of any products or services delivered. This kind of refund is only available under special circumstances where partial payment agreements were a part of the original coaching agreement, and for services or course access that have not commenced in any way. 

8. Notice of cancellation

All notice of cancellation must be in writing and delivered by mail or email to Cancellation notice will be deemed on the date in which the cancellation is received by Ms. Michelle of A Dream LYFE. No refunds, credits or transfers available for no-shows.

9. Terms of Coaching

The Coaching Programs & Memberships are created and sold as whole packages with access to courses on our member's website and other listed products, tutorials, lessons, perks, calls & private group access - and cannot be altered or partially completed in any way. If you are enrolled in continuing Coaching / Membership for a number of sessions or a term, unused sessions due to quitting the program may not be eligible for refund, credit or transfer.

10. Suspending Membership

Is not possible after your program is in progress. You have access to all materials and courses within the member's site at that were included with your membership type, for life. You can start and stop in any way you see fit, although I will give recommendations on how to complete courses inside. This is always up to you and controlled by your schedule and your convenience. Calls are a part of the network so missing them will forfeit your time slots on the schedule. These should be handled with prompt care and consideration. 

11. Coaching Calls

Aside from a la carte booking and calls included within the membership purchased (if any are in your membership type), additional Telephone (or Zoom) calls (with transcripts or audio recordings where permitted) with your Coach during your membership are at the Client’s expense, and initiated by the Client when desired.

12. Payment Plans

If any installment payment should default, the Client will have seven (7) days to rectify the situation. Any schedules coaching session(s) will be postponed until payment is received within the 7 days, all discounts and bonuses will be forfeited and full payment will apply. If a Client should default on any installment payment, the result may be cancellation from the Membership / Course and the Cancellation Policy will apply. An N.S.F. or credit card decline will result in penalty from our payment processing company in cases of payment default.

13. Program Changes

The Coach reserves the right to change, modify or cancel any Memberships and its digital contents as considered necessary. Any such change will be made in consultation with the Client.

14. Mutual Agreement Cancellation

If at any time, whether the Client or Coach believe the Coaching Sessions and agreement are no longer serving the needs of the Client they may initiate a discussion to rectify the situation prior to cancelling the Membership or Sessions.

15. Intellectual Property

All material relating to the Memberships, courses, books, audio, video and tutorials is subject to copyright and other intellectual property rights. All materials (and no partial part of) may not be recorded, used or reproduced without the written permission of the owner.

16. Indemnification

You understand that all action taken is performed voluntarily and is your own responsibility. Clients should seek independent professional advice before undertaking any physical, business or investment actions.

17. Agreement Section

By entering into a Coaching Agreement either through signing a Coaching Agreement with Ms. Michelle of A Dream LYFE, or paying any amount to your Coach, you agree to abide by the terms and conditions as set out above.

Trial periods, cancellation & refund options prior to use are noted on the sales pages for each product. *Please be sure to read everything before committing to a purchase.

In most cases when courtesy, specially discounted, or regular priced downloads of books & corresponding audio files are released to user upon request (whether the file has been opened or not, and whether the transaction is the result of a gift, purchase, or other exchange), there are no refunds.
