Hello Dreamer, You don’t have to live with emotional pain and psychological trauma any longer. You are not pre-destined by genetics or inheritance. You are not your family or any of the things that have affected you. I used to have trauma stored in my brain and body. I would react to situations that hurt me the same way I learned from parents, without patience.

My feelings would hurt way longer than normal and I put up with so much shit to keep people in my life. But I did grow tired, like you are, and I decided that I was more important than all of those things at some point. I have learned so much over the last twenty years and because of all of the pain and trauma I went through. Unimaginable abuse and mistreatment from the people who were charged with loving me helped me become a passionate lover of the broken.

I design programs, workshops, and courses to share what I have learned in a way that can help you rise above all your personal burdens and trauma. You will break that vicious cycle once and for all! And I can hardly wait to walk you through it until you get there.
